Job Description:
Business Analyst – S4 EDI Inventory Reconciliation
As a Business Analyst in Bangalore, you have a win-win opportunity: Use your skills to implement integrated solutions, then grow your own career through a variety of paths inside one of the world’s leading technology companies.
You will understand E2E EDI architecture & business processes between HP & Partner systems and collaborate with IT & Operations teams for structural fix of recurring EDI Variance issues.
Drive programs by collaborating with functions like HP IT, Supply Chain Finance, Partner Ops/IT, regional teams to identify & Fix EDI variances permanently
Drive process improvements resulting in business benefits
Identifying issues in gateway systems and collaborating with IT & 3rd Party Logistics to resolve issues
Qualification:
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Advanced / Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language
Availability / Flexibility to work extra hours when business needs arise (may include nights, weekends, holidays)

Job Description:
Executes processes such as configuration & quote, pricing analysis, bid support, revenue recognition, invoicing, or organizational sales reporting.
Analyzes existing operational processes across the sales cycle to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Creates and maintains process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) while ensuring the accuracy of data.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of implemented changes.
Manages projects related to process improvement initiatives, developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Job Description:
• Designs, develops, and implements software services and APIs according to specifications derived in a dynamic, collaborative environment. The scope of development will involve the full stack (front and back end services) of web development.
• Actively participates in design and code reviews, planning and implementing integration and code verification activities based on specific objectives and established project guidelines.
• Designs limited enhancements, updates, and programming changes for portions and subsystems of end-user applications software running on local, networked, and Internet- based platforms.

Job Description:
Conduct and summarize complex data and business analyses to identify trends, develop business plans, including revenue and demand projections, business performance reviews, etc.
Act as a business consultant offering data-driven insights to sales teams and category teams. Identifies pockets of opportunity and helps create/enable a plan of action.
Work cross-functionally to plan and execute activities during specific sales periods. Conducts post-mortem analysis on sales to learn from and improve future performance.
Develop and manage sales contests, track performance and report impact of contests to stakeholders.
