Job Responsibilities:
As a member of the software engineering division, you will use basic knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (CS), Computer Engineering, CIS, MIS, IS, Software Engineering or related area, or equivalent work experience

Software Engineer – Singapore
Job Description:
The Software Assurance Group is looking for a talented and driven software engineer to join the Software Assurance Cloud Services team.
In this role, you will contribute to the implementation of services for executing these tools at scale: the service will ingest intermediate software artifacts, such as bitcode and SBOMs, and orchestrate different security and quality scanning tools to analyze them. Across multiple tenancies, the service will run up to 10,000 scans simultaneously on thousands of different applications.
Responsibilities:
Contributing to the implementation of a highly scalable software system that will provide software assurance capabilities as a service
Contributing to the implementation of an issue management system to present and triage findings from security scans
Implement integrations between cloud services according to the defined system architecture and interface specifications
Implementing facilities for monitoring the health of the service
Tuning the performance of the service and suggesting ways to improve the performance of the scan tools
Implementing CI/CD pipelines
Implementing unit and performance test suites
Respond to critical production failures and fix them within the prescribed SLAs
Communicating progress and blockers on projects to management
Qualification:
Between 0 – 2 years of industry experience
Strong development skills in Java
Some experience or exposure to working on web applications, cloud applications, or other distributed systems
Understanding of microservice concepts and design principles
Knowledge and experience creating REST APIs
Knowledge and experience working on Linux
Knowledge and experience working with databases and SQL
Knowledge and/or experience with modern CI/CD processes and tools (JIRA, GitLab, Jenkins, or equivalent)
Knowledge of security for cloud and web applications such as: data storage, privilege management, and user authentication

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience with Property Management systems (as an end-user or administrator) is an advantage.
1+ years of Hospitality Management experience (preferably in Cruise Ship Operations) with a good understanding of on-board cruise operations, especially in accounting, first purser, chief purser, or IT officer roles.
