Job Description:
A 2-year entry-level analyst program beginning in July 2023
Exposure to and engagement with senior leadership
Foundational training through our immersive and impactful Investment Analyst Program (IAP)
During your onboarding, you will be assigned a mentor to guide you along the way
Robust Feedback and Performance Management
Opportunity for advancement post program based on business need and performance
Qualifications
Will graduate from your undergraduate program between January and June 2023
Ability to prioritize and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
Accurate under time pressure and exceptional attention to detail
Enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team with good interpersonal skills
Understands and appreciates the importance of using discretion
Flexible approach to work and willingness/ability to travel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic and ambition
Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite: Word, PowerPoint Excel, Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
Previous internship or experience in Real Estate Investments
Financial modelling skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Argus exposure preferred)
