Graduation- MBA Finance (Full Time- passed out batch 2024 to 2025- Candidates should have all the Original educational documents)
Shift Timings: Rotational Shift including night shift (US Shift)
Job Role – Process Executive
Note:
Make sure Candidates has all they original graduation and MBA marksheet and convocation.
Candidate should have the excellent oral and written communication.
We will consider only the Mysore to Mysore applicants only (i.e., Current and Preferred location will be Mysore- relocation applications are not accepted).
To independently manage Banking operational activities while ensuring regulatory compliance, accuracy, and client service excellence in line with Infosys delivery standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Execute complex banking transactions and process activities independently.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality benchmarks, and turnaround times.
Identify and resolve process-level issues and exceptions.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank data
Maintain process documentation and update SOPs as instructed.
Act as a backup for seniors and support knowledge transfer sessions.
Demonstrate flexibility to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.
