Operations Analyst Program
Operations is at the heart of running the firm efficiently and effectively, continuously delivering value for our clients. You’ll play an integral role as a part of the Operations function to deliver solutions while growing business-specific expertise.
Job Description:
In this nine-week internship, you will be hired directly into one of our high-performing operations teams. During the program, you will work in a transformative environment that develops your skills and knowledge while delivering core services to the firm and its clients.
Your responsibilities will vary based on your location and team assignment. You’ll help deliver key solutions to our clients in coordination with other teams. In addition, you will gain exposure to senior leaders and receive best-in-class training as part of a broader analyst community.
You will make an impact in a specific area within operations, which could include payments, trading services, lending services, client management, and many others. Some examples of the impact you could make are helping to manage the end-to-end client onboarding experience by coordinating with clients, being responsible for processing and investigating client transactions for a variety of products, providing data analytics and reporting support for operational functions, or helping support a trading desk by booking trades, tracking profits & losses, and monitoring overall asset health.
You’ll develop skills that will help you grow within Operations, while increasing your contributions to the team.

In addition to on-the-job experience, you will be part of a community of other analysts and will attend social events, interact with senior leaders, and learn new skills.
Training
You’ll begin with an orientation training that will provide an overview of the firm, our lines of business, and technical skills. You’ll also focus on building leadership and communications skills and strengthening core competencies.
Career progression
You’ll finish the internship prepared for a career in operations. Many of our high-performing interns receive full-time offers.

You’ll have access to continuous training to build your technical and business skills. We’ll cover topics ranging from cybersecurity to presentation skills to further your career development. Our teams are dedicated to your support and advocacy throughout the ten weeks of the program.
Career progression
Top performers may receive the opportunity to join us for a full-time role in the Software Engineer Program upon graduation.
