Proactive monitoring of alerts using SRA Tools
Notify & Escalate as per agreed Matrix
Ensure Incidents tracking and closure
Performance monitoring and Reporting
Monitor planned changes (related to NOC)
Coordinate and Assist Root Cause Analysis
Assist Problem Management
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Monitoring and working on tickets which is assigned through IT Service Desk
Responsible for diagnosing & resolving hardware, software & end users problems
Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user?s satisfaction
Involved in the rollout of software updates and patches
Responsible for profile migration, SW installation etc
