Job Description:

Partner with project leaders to model and reward quality behaviors
Implement and sustain the quality core processes: continuous improvement, lessons learned, corrective action, and people based quality
Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures, standardized metrics, and quality performance dashboard
Ensure that quality-related procedures and manuals conform to corporate/project quality assurance program/plan requirements

Engineering Group Supervisor – Electrical – India

Electrical Engineer experience on basic and detailed design and project co-ordination of Electrical works on Infrastructure, Energy and M&M projects. Should have executed at least two, medium to large size EPC projects, as Electrical Lead / Engineering Group Supervisor in an engineering office or consultancy of repute. Mechanical Engineer – Technical Partner -UK

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct and coordinate conceptual and detailed phases of engineering work in accordance with company, contract, and industry codes and standard.
Apply engineering principles for the analysis and design of structures, systems, and components. Influence the outcome of technical issue resolution within the discipline/function, as well as with third parties (customer, suppliers, and regulators).
Perform work that involves conventional engineering practice but may include complex features such as resolving conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of conventional materials and/or difficult coordination requirements.
Have extensive technical knowledge of engineering systems, engineering calculations, applications of engineering methods and materials, and applications of 2-D and 3-D computer aided design (CAD) and computer aided engineering (CAE) to resolve engineering problems. Ensure the design is cost effective, in accordance with applicable safety, health, environmental regulations, customer requirements and engineering codes & standards.
Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of cost estimates, quantity take-offs and staffing requirements for proposals, forecasts and change orders.
Participate in interdisciplinary and cross-functional reviews of documents and deliverables. Effectively communicate design requirements and status across the project, and to customers, vendors, construction, and other organisations.
Coordinate with the Systems Engineering group and other groups in development of project and system requirements.

Qualifications:

Responsible for endpoint configuration (PCs as well as mobile devices), deployment and upgrade.
