Securities & Derivatives Analyst 1 – C09 – PUNE
The Securities & Derivative Analyst 1 is an entry level position responsible for processing orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with the Operations – Transaction Services team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in the clearance, settlement and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform trade verifications to ensure accuracy of booking requests
Generate and match trade confirmations according to the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) templates
Complete settlement tasks and daily rate revaluations accurately and on time
Coordinate transaction processing issues to the appropriate department and collaborate on a solution
Perform regulatory controls, account reconciliations, and record retention activities in accordance with established policies
Prepare and submit periodic internal and external regulatory reports
Participate in the periodic General Ledger (GL) proofing exercises as directed
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

The Tax Intermediate Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Qualifications:

Production Support Analyst (2-4 Yrs)
Job Responsibilities
· We are searching for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person who will provide front line support Citi’s proprietary technologies. The role will entail hands-on investigation and issue resolution, incident management and being passionate about taking part in initiatives to improve the production platform
· Champion stability initiatives to enable application high availability for Business-As-Usual which includes better monitoring, failover, and resiliency
· Performs controlled resolution of incidents and problems including prioritization and escalation to relevant groups when appropriate, root cause analysis of all problems with follow-through to resolution.
· Monitor system processing, infrastructure alerts, batch failures, and recover processes when required in partnership with other technical support teams.

· Strong design & execution bend of mind to help resolve complex technical issues.
· It is desired but not mandatory to have experience with ETL/Database Development tools.
