Job Description:
(Preferrably from Testing & Commissioning)
Expertise to test and commissioning all types of Sub-Station at various voltage levels (415V to 765kV) equipment such as Gas Insulated Switchgear, Air Insulated Switchgear, Power Transformer, Reactor, Motors, Generator, Circuit Breaker, Current Transformer, Capacitive Voltage Transformer, Dis-connector, Earth Switch, Surge/Lighting arresters, EHV Cable, UPS etc. •Expertise in all types of substations both GIS & AIS
scheme checking such as Transformer Protection, Motor Protection, Differential Schemes, Stability schemes including interlocks and other control circuit schemes with various auxiliary protective such as Transformer protection relays, Check Synchronizing relays, Under/Over voltage relays, Timer relays, TCS relays, Phase Failure Relays, Over Load relays and Change Over relays etc.
Experience in Sub-Station Automation System: review/communication interfaces, Communication Equipment like Wave trap, PLCC. FOTE
Knowledge on Control Panel Scheme Logic checking along its correctness and compiling Control Cable Schedule for the Bay equipment and its protective measures with respect to the scheme logics.
Knowledge on sizing calculation of Transformer, Generator, CT/VT, Cables, UPS and Power System Studies review, Protection relays Setting calculation / Co-ordination.
Work experience in International Projects in Middle East, Africa, Other countries including Vendor, Customer & Consultant co-ordination.
Software Skills Required:
Proficiency in AUTOCAD and REVIT
Desirable knowledge in MS Office & Navis Works.
