The below requirements are for Surat and Vadodara Locations
Auxiliary Engineer Design and develop boiler auxiliaries such as fans, soot blowers, ESP, SCAPH, hoists, etc., for supercritical boiler projects.
Fuel Firing Engineer Understand P&IDs and combustion system equipment including burners, pulverisers, fuel oil pumps, and valves. Specify equipment requirements, prepare data sheets, and select appropriate components. Hands-on experience in AutoCAD, Solid Edge, and SPR/SP3D is essential.
Layout Engineer Interpret tender specifications and develop detailed layout specs. Conduct plant model reviews and interdisciplinary discussions to ensure a clash-free model. Provide civil inputs for rotary and static equipment packages based on OEM requirements.
Piping Engineer OpenPlant, AutoPIPE, and AutoCAD. Expertise includes piping layouts, stress analysis, and isometric drawing preparation.
Structural Design Engineer Design and analyse power plant and industrial structures, including platforms, galleries, and equipment supports. Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, structural calculations, connection design & compliance with IS, AS, & EN codes mandatory.
Tekla Modeler cum Coordinator Create 3D models of steel structural components using Tekla software. Prepare general arrangement and fabrication drawings, coordinate model integration, and manage interfaces with engineering & project teams.
Engineer – Turbine Design (Rotor & Blades) Develop 3D models and 2D drawings for steam turbine components with GD&T compliance. Prepare Bill of Materials and Purchase Specifications for rotor and blade components.Experience in piping design and engineering for industrial, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects. Demonstrate proficiency in
Generator Auxiliary Systems Design Engineer Conduct basic calculations for equipment sizing and pressure drops. Prepare vendor specs for generator auxiliary systems, valves, and instruments. Develop P&IDs, system descriptions, BOMs, and support 3D modeling and system integration.
Engineer – Turbine Design (Stationary Components)
Perform detailed design, analysis, and optimization of steam turbine stationary components such as casings, pedestals, and crossover pipes. Prepare 3D models and 2D drawings with GD&T compliance, conduct structural analysis, and compile Bill of Materials and Purchase Specifications.
Eligibility for application
Work Experience: 3 to 14 years
Degree: B.E. / B. Tech Mechanical or Civil (only for structural)
Note:

Candidates with experience in Mfg, Commissioning.
