Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely review and approval of all home loan applications.
This includes customer on-boarding & identification, verifying key information, reviewing credit history and affordability, and confirming sufficient loan security.
Also verifying adherence to established lending criteria and identifying any deviations or discrepancies.
Qualification:
Bachelors or master’s degree in any field.
2+ years of experience in credit decision or mortgage loan underwriting or Post Close Underwriting in Australian, UK, and USA mortgage domain.
Strong understanding of Australia, USA, or UK lending regulations is essential for this role.
Candidate must have high levels of attention to detail and accuracy, as evidenced in previous roles
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
