Job Responsibility:
Responsible for continuously improving processes and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity
Responsible for deployment product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet customer needs
Basic knowledge of Linux commands, Shell scripting
Basic knowledge of AWS cloud
Working knowledge of Kubernetes including basic Kubernetes commands, cluster formation
Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools: Grafana, Kibana

Coordination with required teams and software development vendors to resolve the issues.
Testing related with issue resolutions.
OTA (Over the air) updates operations and management
Report preparations for observations/ RCA/ Kibana/ API Logs Monitoring and Management
Managing and delivering minor software application utility development requirements
Leading the Sustenance team, guide the team members.
Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting to management as required.
