2024 GRADUATE PROGRAM | CONSULTING (SYDNEY) – Australia
Job Description:
As a Graduate Analyst, you play an important role with responsibilities that range from analysing a client’s issues/objectives and interviewing key client stakeholders to developing recommendations and authoring presentations. You will participate on teams in both strategic advisory and transformation projects.

Key competencies:
Developing relevant industry and technology knowledge.
Drawing conclusions from the market / industry trends, client issues and support go to market initiatives for Cognizant.
Providing Product Management capabilities for transformation projects.
Facilitating working sessions with clients.
Working collaboratively within teams/pods to present and implement strategic and technology solutions.
Researching industry initiatives, identify and respond to client opportunities and develop client deliverables.
What does success look like?
Our ideal candidate will have a mix of business, technology, design and social sciences and have;

- The ability to grasp business needs and assess impacts to complex business operations and systems.

Qualification:
- Completed your undergraduate degree in the past 1-2 years OR will graduate by April 2024.
A degree in Business, Social Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, Product Design, - Interaction Design or similar.
- Solid Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Project.
- Less than 2 years of related work experience.
You would need to be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident to be eligible.
