Qualification: ITI-Fitter & Apprentice (NCVT)
Experience: 3-8 years
Job Description:
Practical experience in aerostructure assembly processes and operations, encompassing drilling, reaming, riveting, and fastener installation. Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and adept in using hand and cutting tools.
Methods Engineer/Process Engineer
Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech Experience: 5-10 years
Job Description:
Process sheet creation, raw material estimation, APQP creation, tool order creation. Proficient in AUTOCAD, CATIA and SAP. Knowledgeable in aerospace materials, GD&T, and heat treatment. Experienced in preparing make-or-buy decisions and cost estimation for RFQ parts.

NC Programmer
Job Description:
Proficient in NX CAM 12 & above, with experience in 5-axis mill-turn, process planning, machining, and CATIA CAM. Basic knowledge in GD&T, cutting tools, fixturing, HRSA metal cutting, and aluminum structure part cutting. Familiar with Vericut, APQP, and PPAP, which would be an added advantage.

Job Description:
Experience in creating conceptual tool designs for sheet and machine shop parts using CATIA. Knowledgeable in aerospace materials, GD&T, fits and tolerances, and manufacturing processes. Capable of preparing detailed 2D tool drawings for manufacturing in accordance with ANSI Y14.5M.
