Come join our team of digital marketers. These professionals play a significant role in creating and updating content on Deloitte external website pages and design pages using HTML and CSS. We also support a range of firm-wide events. The team works closely with the business to plan, manage and execute prominent virtual and live campaigns. The team also works on Multiple channels with various stakeholders formulating the process, creation and delivery which are shared with a broad spectrum of clients.
Job Description:
Web
- Creating and updating of topic, article and solution pages (using AEM components)
- Customizing web pages using HTML functionality; HTML fragment maintenance and governance
- Analyzing and measuring stats – measuring webpage views across each month
- Presenting the data in a useable format to communicate and report back to the business
- Resolving day to day issues
- Liaising with stakeholders to develop adherence to policies and procedures and communicating these to site users
- Ensuring SEO best practices are incorporated in our webpages
- Performing Deloitte website maintenance activities and removing/archiving old content
- Understanding the new templates and developments from Global and introducing them in
- Australia with AU strategy and governance
Marketing Automation
- Supporting the business in implementing events and campaigns for strategic clients, service lines and industry groups across Australia;
- Database Management and carry out administration requirements on CRM/Marketing Automation platforms;
- Create email direct marketing templates and ensure the quality and timely output of marketing collateral;
- Provide key inputs to the stakeholders for the success of the campaign
- Execute A/B tests for email campaigns and landing pages to optimize performance;
- Create campaign flows and ensure compliance while executing email marketing campaigns and collecting data;
- Analyse campaign data and help drive the email list through organic efforts.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 0 to 2 years’ experience in Content Publishing, Email Marketing, Campaign Management
- Advanced knowledge in HTML, Excel, Google Analytics, Adobe Photoshop is a must
- Technical knowledge and experience in knowledge/content management systems
- Working experience of CRM platforms like (Salesforce, MS-Dynamics);
- Exposure to any email marketing tools/platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, Mailchimp etc.)
Preferred:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Ability to work with stakeholders in a virtual setup;
- Able to multitask without forgoing attention to detail.

US Delivery Center, Government & Public Services – Solution Analyst (Business Technology) – USA
- Perform assessments of existing information systems, and identify gaps between business requirements and/or current process/system capabilities during workshop sessions with business users
- Develop customized solutions and draft functional design documentation utilizing strong skills in logical thinking, decision making, problem solving, and attention to detail
- Build new business processes around enterprise resource planning tools and other key functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed by August 2024 in these or related areas of study
Engineering/STEM, Information Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business (Accounting, Finance, Economics) - Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)

Business Solution Analyst (Core Platform Security) – India
Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Pune/ Mumbai
Job Description:
We are looking for an entry-level Business Solution Analyst who is highly motivated and detail-oriented to join our application security team. You will be responsible for translating complex business needs into functional requirements, working with cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions, and providing ongoing support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, strong logical and analytical abilities, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position requires regular interaction with business teams as well as coordination with the technical delivery team.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with product owners and business teams to gather, analyze, and prepare functional requirements related to application security.
Create a visual representation of business requirements by defining and documenting functional designs, process workflows, and system integrations.
Determine gaps and solutions to increase efficiency.
Work with IT teams to validate translated technical requirements match functional requirements.
Create test cases and test scripts that are in line with functional requirements.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that features meet business, functional and technical requirements.
Provide Tier-2 support as needed to resolve technical issues related to new features.
Troubleshoot technical issues by examining system and application logs.
Define and document relevant product training materials.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
1 to 3 years’ experience in Business systems analysis and application testing
Understanding of Identity Access Management (IAM) concepts, principles, and industry best practices
Familiarity with application security concepts such as authentication, access controls, multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), authorization, etc.
Prior experience managing requirements and user stories with tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO), Team Foundation Server (TFS), JIRA, etc.
General proficiency with Microsoft Office produces such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Documenting process workflows using Microsoft Visio or similar tools.
Working knowledge of service-oriented architecture, web services, and Rest APIs
Basic database querying skills using Oracle, SQL Server, or any RDBMS software
Understanding of Agile and/or Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred
Experience with cloud service architecture such as AWS and Azure.
Basic understanding of server and application logs for troubleshooting purposes using tools like Microsoft AppInsights.
Familiarity using API testing tools such as Postman.
