ATS & Busway Engineer – Customer Facing (Fresh Graduate Opportunity)
We are seeking a Junior ATS & Busway Engineer – Customer Facing to join our UAE Sales team in Dubai, who will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, presenting technical solutions, providing product support, and collaborating with Country Customer Facing and product teams. Should be able to grow Customer Facing revenue by combining technical expertise with Customer Facing skills.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for growing and supporting Customer Facing for LV busway and ATS ( auto transfer switch ) products through existing partners
Estimation support to partners in selection and optimization as per project specifications
Product knowledge campaigns for channel partners for specific IEC standard ATS products to be sold through distribution and project channels
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and prospects
Participation in the Customer Facing process to secure orders and close deals
Gathering market information and providing feedback on customer needs to develop Customer Facing strategies
Qualifications:
University degree in Electrical or Electronics engineering
Fresh engineering graduate willing to learn in a multi-national work environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with the customers and internal teams
Aptitude to learn quickly
A valid UAE driving license is a must

Materials Planning Analyst
1. Responsible for the proper execution of raw material requirements planning at Bussmann facility to satisfy production plans and customers priorities.
2. Monitor and control raw material inventory levels, using the available reports in SAP system.
3. Maintain up to date purchase orders data, vendor info records and MRP master data fields to ensure material availability and accurate inputs into MRP process.
4. Analyze, monitor, and provide weekly/monthly reports based on ABC (documentation main detractors) of appropriate inventory levels and forecast data of the plant, in costs and production days, to resolve work related issues or problems, meet profit, material and metrics related inventory planning (targets and goals).
5. Participate as an active member in MRB (Materials Review Board), liaise vendor related activities for material disposition and ensure the proper management of rejected materials flow. Responsible for RMAs (Return Materials Authorization) request and negotiations with vendors.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineer, Business Administration or related areas.
2. Minimum 1- 3 years of experience in Materials, Operations or Supply Chain management in a manufacturing environment.
3. Bilingual (Spanish/English)
4. PC knowledge: Microsoft Office tools, SAP, and MRP.
5. APICS Certification preferable.
6. Project management knowledge and negotiation / interpersonal communication skills.

Distributed Infrastructure (D-IT) Technical Support Engineer
The Technical Support Engineer provides expert technical support for power and connectivity-related equipment, including charging solutions, UPS systems, digital signage solutions, network switches, racks and cooling solutions. This role involves assisting customers with troubleshooting, diagnosis, and application assistance via phone, email and chat.
Technical support ranges from basic and routine to moderately complex issues, requiring long-term troubleshooting and follow-up. The Technical Product Support Engineer will respond to customer inquiries by following troubleshooting steps, referring to published materials, secondary sources or seeking assistance from senior staff. Detailed records of inquiries, complaints and actions taken must be maintained using various technologies. Technical aptitude is essential.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, electrical or electronics field from an accredited institution
• Minimum one (1) year of hands-on electrical industry experience
• No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Woodridge, IL to be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with test equipment (multimeter, ammeter, network sniffer, etc.)
• Knowledge or experience using Linux operating systems

Manufacturing Engineer
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will work within a cross-functional High Performance Work Team to achieve key business and financial goals by primarily focusing on the deployment of lean tools and processes, and the implementation and sustainment of safe and efficient manufacturing processes, including machine guarding and controls, tooling, fixtures, gauges, material handling, and process documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
Minimum of three (3) months of internship or co-op experience in engineering or manufacturing.

Preferred Qualifications:
