Job Description:
Leads several projects to enable the realization of customer benefits and achieve customer value
Commercial management:
P&L, revenue, and cost management activities across the direct and virtual team
Customer relationship management – responsible and accountable for Customer Delivery
Able to navigate project delivery across multi-cultured matrixed environment – development of collaborative partnerships with the customer, sales and other Cisco organizations

High Touch Operations Analyst, Graduate, UK
Job Description:
Collaborate with Customer Delivery Managers and Service Managers to ensure seamless and consistent delivery, you will be the main point of contact for the customer and internal operational issues
Manage case escalations and ensure that there is clear ownership and responsibility for actions.
Coordinate and deliver customer Open Case reviews, Monthly Service Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews, as well as any preparation and follow-ups, innovate and improve the customer experience by using data as evidence to drive improvement.

Job Requirement:
1+ years relevant experience in internet working technologies and applications.
Good experience in developing s/w in C, under multi-threaded environment with Excellent problem-solving skills
