Analytics and Reporting Engineer – India
Job Description:
The Analytics and Reporting Engineer will enable analytics and reporting through the use of the data foundation and digital core competency. In this role, you will leverage the core capabilities of data management, data engineering and information products to enable timely, accurate and actionable insights to the teams. You will be a key partner to deliver the final information products that enable business value.
Job Responsibilities:
Partner collaboratively with data analysts and subject matter experts to understand data needs.
Prepare data to meet specific reporting and analytics needs.
Build data sets to enable functional requirements for reporting and analytics use cases.
Model, design, develop, test and implement moderately complex back end and front end structures to meet business visualization, reporting and analytics requirements.
Assess and monitor the performance of processes, services and outcomes and support access to data assets.
Partner with the team to develop detailed understanding of the business and offer guidance on technical solutions to solve business problems.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Confirmed skills to blend and organize data
• Experience to enable data content for reporting or analytics solutions
• Should have worked on at least two data migration projects
• Experience in Data Analysis using SQL, Hive
• Advanced reporting & data modeling skills in Power BI
• Advanced data modeling / data preparation skills in Python
• Fluent or Advanced English level
Qualification:
• Certification in programming language or business intelligence tool
• Confirmed experience working with large data stores
• Microsoft Power BI Certification
• Experience in Power BI reporting on big data
• Experience using Servicenow implementation / support experience for Data & Analytics

Trade Execution Coordinator- India
Job Description:
The Trade Execution Coordinator, under direct supervision, will help coordinate and plan import and export processes, customs documentation and shipping and receiving of foreign merchandise to ensure it arrives on time. In this role, you will participate in issuing import licenses and completing monetary transactions associated with the import in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities:
Reconcile data for inventory, warehouse transfers, loading orders, quality, claims, demurrage and dispatch cases.
Maintain and foster established relationships with small accounts, customers, clients, suppliers and other business partners.
Collaborate with external authorities to verify and comply with all customs requirements.
Ensure compliance with the home and foreign country government laws and customs regulations.
Prepare, review, approve and maintain files for import and export documents.
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Remote Data Science Intern – Summer 2024 – USA
Job Description:
As a Data Science Intern, you will be an integral part of the team working with the Engineering and Data Science Teams to tackle real challenges, cultivate your curiosity, have client exposure, enjoy both personal and team accomplishments and have your initiative acknowledged along the way. You will collaborate and build relationships with colleagues and clients who represent diverse work, culture and resolution styles. We look for people who want to grow, support, think and produce.
This position is part of the Engineering and Data Sciences team. Your project will connect you back to the business where you will interact with a multidisciplinary team of plant managers, process control engineers etc. You will bring strong technical skills to our Data Science capabilities. You will explore, connect, and mine data in addition to developing models using various algorithms. In this position you will be part of the AI in Smart Manufacturing Capability where you will be working to solve reliability, energy performance, safety, predictive maintenance, forecasting, and optimization problems.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelors, Masters or PhD program in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields with a graduation date of Fall 2024 or later.
Strong background in time series and streaming data analysis, industrial engineering, statistical process monitoring and control.
In-depth knowledge of various other modeling algorithms, e.g., regression, trees-based models, neural networks, ensembles, etc.
Proficiency in Python (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, bokeh, matplotlib, NumPy)
Able to complete a 12-week internship in the summer (May/June – August 2024)
Proven ability to work optimally with individuals from a diverse set of backgrounds and cultures
Must possess a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness in completing work with limited guidance
Preferred:
GPA of 3.0 or above
Experience in agriculture, commodity, or manufacturing businesses
Experience in deep learning neural networks
Experience working in a cloud environment e.g., Amazon Web Services
Experience with Big Data development in Hadoop and Spark frameworks
