L&T EAIC is hiring for Agriculture – sales professional on third party payroll (TPC) for Karnataka – Bangalore, Gulbarga, Bellary & chikmangalur.
Agri Sales Position
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for demonstration of new products/focused products LTLK products to Farmers, Electrician, Dealers and Stockiest.
Responsible for demand generation of new products introduced in the market.
Every day at least 25 demonstrations have to be done (minimum 15 farmers)
Responsible for conducting road show at dealer place as well as prominent rural spots.
Responsible for conducting organized farmer and electrician meetings and training programs.
Should be able to travel extensively in rural areas.
Motorbike and smart phone is mandatory. (without this we cant take the candidate)
Should have effective know how of the pricing and the product ranges of agri products and their applications.
Should have effective oral and written communication.
Candidate must be graduate (any) with more than 1 yrs. of channel retails sales experience.
CTC: Upto 25,000/- per month + Travelling Allowance
