We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Analyst, UK Vault to join our Corporate Trust team. This role is located in Manchester, UK.

Job Requirement:

Manual handling of incoming and outgoing post
Issuance and filing of new documents
Retrieval of paperwork on demand
Reconciling paperwork to electronic records to adhere to UK CASS Regulations
In office 5 days a week

Associate, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis I

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis I to join our Asset Management Division, FSG Quants team. This role is located in Pune, MH – HYBRID.

Job Description:

The Quant Team interacts with various teams on a day-to-day basis, primarily the Client Team and Portfolio Managers and is often the conduit between various teams/workflows. These teams often rely on the Quant Team to provide analysis which will be delivered to clients and impact trading decisions.
The candidates will require quantitative skills and ability to solve complex problems for our LDI clients. Candidates will be required to perform the liability modelling, benchmark changes etc. while maintaining the highest quality of work. Candidates should be able to identify any problems/issues with the results and raise them whenever required. The candidates will also need to be able to understand investment guidelines and apply the relevant process/calculation as necessary.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in actuarial, finance, statistics or mathematics
Minimum 3-5 years’ work experience in a similar or related role with a top tier firm
Insurance/actuarial (pricing, actuarial modelling, pensions)
Investment bank (interest rate derivative sales, trading and research)
Financial services (asset and risk management)
Ideal candidates would have strong work experience and relevant knowledge in the following areas
Actuarial modelling and processes (experience in UK pensions is preferred).
Understanding of interest rate and inflation risk and techniques to quantify these risks
Solid understanding of fixed income, derivative markets and hedging/LDI techniques
Ability and desire to apply numerical skills in the workplace. Candidate with mathematics, economics, statistics and/or actuarial background is preferred.
Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment. Candidate will need to work with UK and Pune team members simultaneously

Associate, Middle Office Representative I

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Middle Office Representative I to join our Middle office collateral team . This role is located in Pune, MH- Hybrid

Job Description:

Provides quality service and support to internal and occasionally external clients on a daily basis, including monitoring collateral inflows from trade derivatives, facilitating delivery of collateral to appropriate investors and dealers. Handles routine problem resolution and works within well-defined parameters. Focuses on smaller, occasionally complex accounts.
Monitors daily mark to market movement and manage daily margining by booking collateral movement.
Dispute management
Liaises with counterpart and clients to manage daily margining and dispute issues
Perform daily portfolio reconciliation for collateral trade position reconciliation
Management and resolution of Collateral break
Client reporting for collateral movements

Qualification: 

A Bachelor’s/master’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
2-3 years’ experience in Derivatives, collateral management or portfolio reconciliation functions
Understanding of derivatives markets and regulations and basic level understanding of collateral function
Professional level of verbal and written communication skills

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Representative, Client Service to join our Corporate Trust Mortgage Backed Securities team. This role is located in Pune- MH, Hybrid.

Job Description:

Support a Client Service Manager on a portfolio of complex Mortgage Backed Securities trusts. Process monthly debt service payments for these Mortgage Backed Securities deals, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of principal and interest to investors in accordance with governing documents.
Review and complete monthly ticklers and investor reporting tasks, maintaining compliance with key deadlines and transaction requirements.
Manage deal-level billing and account reconciliation, including the identification and resolution of variances and ensuring accuracy across trustee records and bank systems.
Respond to inquiries related to uninvested cash balances and overdrafts, collaborating with Client Service Manager to maintain transaction integrity.

Loans Administrator and Data Analyst -UK

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Loans Administrator and Data Analyst to join our Corporate Trust team. This role is located in Manchester.

Qualification:

Cash reconciliation of client operating accounts
Administration of loan and bond portfolios
Monitor receipt and disbursement of funds through to settlement
Execute funds transfer from/to accounts
Regular communication with external parties, including but not limited to, the portfolio manager, loan agents, trading counterparties, auditors, rating agencies
Act as a support to the Client Service Manager who has overall responsibility for ensuring that the duties as contracted are being provided by BNY
Participate in various projects such as new deal closings and any other projects as assigned

Qualification:

Fluency in English
An interest in a career in financial services
Finance university background or similar field will be an advantage, however we equally welcome graduates of all degrees
Proactive, focused attitude towards work and an ability to consistently meet deadlines
PC literacy, including proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Previous experience in finance / banking area will be an asset
