This program is not just another entry-level job; it’s a strategic career-launching initiative. It is designed for fresh graduates who aspire to build a long-term career in tech sales. Unlike traditional sales roles, where new hires are expected to perform without structured training, IBM’s program offers a well-defined career path with extensive learning opportunities, mentorship, and real-world experience,

Graduates enter the program through three specialized tracks:

Customer Success Management (CSM) – Helping clients maximize value from IBM’s technology.
Client Engineering (CE) Working on technical solutions and innovation.
Digital Sales Engaging in digital-first sales strategies with an international assignment in Valencia, Spain, or Dublin, Ireland.

The IBM Sales Accelerator Program educates learners on strategic problem-solving, relationship-building, and understanding technology’s role in business transformation. Participants develop skills in:

IBM Tech Sales Accelerator Program: Client Engineering – Data 

Are you looking to kick-start your career in technology with a structured development path and fast-track growth opportunities? Our IBM Tech Sales Accelerator Program is designed for ambitious graduates, offering hands-on training ( Data, Business Automation, Security, AI, Assistants), mentorship, and real-world experience within IBM Client Engineering. Over 12-24 months, you will work in Client Engineering before transitioning into your next career step as Data Technical Sales Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Data Technical Sales Engineer you’ll work closely with clients and partners to develop relationships, understand their needs, earn their trust and show them how IBM’s industry leading solutions will solve their problems whilst delivering value to their business. Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree
Completed technical degree such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Possess excellent communication and presentation skills that are engaging, compelling and influential. English & Local Language proficiency requested.
Analytical Skills with a focus on using data for decision-making and achieving positive business outcomes.
Team player with a collaborative spirit, able to work across multiple functions and levels within IBM and partners.

Preferred 
First experience with Sales and/or IT.
