Shifts: UK Shifts (12 Noon – 09:30 PM & 02:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
Job Description:
– Assist clients with Valuation Reporting for open-ended funds and investor reports
– Reconcile data sources for accuracy and consistency
– Project Incentive fees for different BPP funds
– Calculate and report TWRs, IRRs, and key performance indicators
– Undertake special projects and ad-hoc analyses as per Stakeholders’ requirements
– Utilize databases like iLevel, Niagara, etc.
– Maintain a strong focus on compliance and risk management

Analyst
Job Description:
The role of Analyst in Legal & Compliance shall encompass various tasks including, but not limited to, the following
• Perform e-discovery and document review, e-communication review
• Draft, review, manage obligations, risk analysis etc.
• Conduct due diligence and compliance activities and prepare reports
• Undertake preliminary trainings/refreshers and diligently execute all assignments
• Quality check output provided by Trainees • Provide quality repor
Qualification:
Experience: 1-3 Years
You have at least 1 – 3 years’ experience in the legal/corporate department of a fiduciary or have worked in a law firm or experience with Legal service providing industry. You are willing and looking to consolidate and grow your skills and talents in the long term with a company that works in a strong team and results-based environment. You speak English fluently and bring on table:
• Good exposure to legal documents or legal services and compliance
• General Capital Markets knowledge and introductory knowledge of OTC Derivatives, Listed Derivatives, Prime Brokerage or Securities Finance, LP Agreement
• Hands on experience of legal outsourcing service
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite
• Good knowledge of MSAs, SoWs, TOs, POs, and end to end contract lifecycle
• Experience in Invoice verification against SOW’s/ Rate card
• Exposure in checking of CR’s & SOW’s – Standard templates, standard text and other expectation based on group standards
• Experience in Data Privacy, Data security, compliance implementation etc. helpful
• Experience in writing compliance memos and preparing compliance reports a requirement

Work with product engineers to identify and fix user-reported bugs, improving platform stability.
Lead initiatives to enhance the global support framework for Foundry users.
Contribute to improving core documentation by clarifying complex concepts.
Job Requirements
A background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (bachelor degree at minimum).
Proficiency in Python and Pyspark, with skills in SQL, Java, and TypeScript/JavaScript preferred.
Understanding of APIs and best development practices.
Strong English communication skills for addressing complex customer issues.
Experience: Entry Level Role – Recent graduates will be prioritized.
