Program Overview:

The Wells Fargo Technology Analyst Program is a strategically designed, 2-year program that provides analysts with the necessary knowledge, skills, experiences, and exposure to build a career in Wells Fargo Technology. Analysts are full time, permanent employees and will continue to be employees after completing the program.

Program components include a mentoring relationship, division and function specific training, employee engagement activities, professional development opportunities, opportunities to meet and network with seniors’, community service projects, and overall program projects. You will receive support from a dedicated program manager to help navigate through the program and the transition to corporate life. This program provides opportunities to be a part of a team that develops business solutions through innovation.

Job Description:

Within EMEA Technology you will be placed in one of the following roles where your responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:

Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) – Finance Technology or Workplace Technology
Wholesale Operations Technology – International Payments & Liquidity Management or Regulatory Reporting Technology
Responsible for application design, development, testing, readiness and integration which can include developing enhancements or resolving bugs in existing applications, developing new applications to support the sunset of older applications and working with ancillary technologies to support application integration and data integrity. Accountable for the technical evolution of our services, working in close partnership with enterprise architecture, product management and partner teams. Typically, will work within an Agile (Scrum / Kanban) setting.

Typical Tech Stacks: Java, .Net Core/ASP.Net, UI Frameworks (ReactJS, Node.js, Angular JS, JQuery, Java Script), Spring Boot, GitHub, TDD/BDD, API, Microservices, Jenkins, Docker, Cloud Technologies (PCF, Azure, Google)

Qualifications:

Final year graduate with an expected graduation date of July 2026 (August 2026 start)
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other Technology STEM related degrees
A demonstrable interest in technology evidenced through previous work experience, training, degree subject or personal projects
A record of academic excellence
Fluent in English

Desired Qualifications:

Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience with: Java, Cloud technology, .NET, Python, SQL or related technical skills
Demonstrated understanding of algorithms, data structures, and developing APIs
Experience in software development shipping cycles (Development, Deploy, Release, Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD))
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI (Generative and/or Agentic), related tools and concepts (Prompt Engineering, Data Labeling, etc.)
Prior engineering internship experience
Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills, including the ability to articulate challenges and recommend solutions
Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a collaborative, change driven environment
Energetic self-starter who proactively takes initiative, acts with urgency, remains curious and has a genuine interest in learning and growth
Involvement in extracurricular enrichment activities through one or more of the following: volunteerism, student organization involvement, study abroad program(s), leadership position(s), non-profit involvement

Institutional Investment Operations Associate

Wells Fargo is seeking an Institutional Investment Operations Associate

Provide operational and customer support for lifecycle tasks for institutional trades

Assist with client account onboarding, input and monitoring of cash payments, customer service, funding operations, custodial operations, securities settlement services, asset servicing structured loan operations, general ledger reconciliation and work to resolve confirmation and ISDA related issues

Assist in gathering data to support resolution of issues

Receive direction from manager and exercise judgment within defined parameters of the area while developing understanding of various functions, policies and procedures

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Qualifications:

6+ months of Institutional Investment Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Familiarity with investment industry practices and operational delivery experience in Financial Services

Excellent quantitative analysis skills

Analytic thinker with strong attention to detail

Prior experience in market data quality checks (desirable)

Good problem-solving, analytical, and numerical skills

University degree or post-graduation degree

Experience in institutional Investment Banking of experience in institutional Investment Banking Operations, especially in data analytics, data integrity checks, and market data objects

Working knowledge of risk factors and market data objects

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under time constraints

Strong communication skills
