Systems Engineering – Recent Grad/Full Time

As a Systems Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and management of complex systems and solutions that drive innovation, safety, and efficiency across various industries. Job Responsibilities:

Support the design and development of advanced systems, including hardware, software, and network components
Provide successful execution of complex engineering projects
Implement and enforce security measures and compliance standards to safeguard systems and data
Lead the deployment and configuration of systems, ensuring they are installed correctly, tested rigorously, and perform optimally
Provide technical leadership in identifying and resolving system issues, minimizing downtime, and ensuring systems remain operational
Identify opportunities for process and system improvements, implement enhancements, and contribute to the optimization of operation

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Systems Engineering or similar field.

Embedded Engineer – Recent Grad/Full Time

The Embedded Software Engineer develops and implements the software of embedded devices and systems. They are also responsible for the analysis and monitoring of the efficiency and stability of a system. They develop and implement embedded devices and systems and support software quality assurance while optimizing I/O performance. The Embedded Software Engineer develops codes, tests, and troubleshoots system software. They are the designers of the first layer of code that runs on a device and need a full comprehension of its hardware.

Location: This position is available in multiple locations across the United States.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar field
Must have graduated or graduating from an accredited college or university between August 2025 and May 2026 and be available to begin full-time work between September 2025- July 2026
Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the date of hire

WE VALUE:  

Embedded systems development using C/C++, JAVA, ADA, or other similar languages.

Job Responsibilities:

Support Field Service Leader on day-to-day customer and operational requirements. (e.g. coordination of team tasks, team metrics management, KPI management).
Relevant experienced in project management of service projects and small works including high level of management of customer and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
Deliver proactive and measurable outcomes from Data Analytics for our customers on building performance and interrogation of building system and Drive outcomes for building users and building performances
Knowledge in computer skills for set-up of servers, workstations, Internet Connectivity and networking in support of Connected Services
Design and configuration of BMS, FAS, HVAC, CCTV, Access Control, Security and Third-Party

Qualification:

Completion of an Engineering Bachelor’s Degree
2-3 years of work-related project management experience in BMS/FAS/Security field preferred, with project and logical knowledge in ACMV/HVAC/FAS/Security system control logic
Fresh graduate or diploma/ITE with preferred related work experience and relevant knowledge of BMS, FAS, CCTV and Security systems will be considered
Building Safety Supervisor Certification (preferred)
SCEM (preferred)
