Hardware Engineer, Platforms, University Graduate
As a Hardware Engineer in the board and system design team, you will work on hardware systems projects to craft solutions for current and future data center deployments. You will work with product teams to ensure that customer goals are met with our systems and cross-functional design teams (e.g., Mechanical, Thermal, Power, Signal Integrity etc.) to design the desired product.
Job Responsibilities
Lead the hardware design on a system or sub-system of a data center hardware product.
Bring up systems and execute engineering validation in the lab.
Gather requirements, define high level architecture, and execute hardware design and product validation.
Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, product, and deployment teams to productize designs and field support.
Drive product from concept to production.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, a related degree, or equivalent practical experience
Relevant academic, internship, work, or personal project experience in Hardware or Electrical Engineering.
Experience in one industry standard CAD tool for schematic capture and PCB layout, and layout practices for signal integrity, power delivery, and manufacturability.
Experience with Electrical Engineering fundamentals (e.g.,Circuit Theory, Analog and Digital Electronics, Electromagnetics basics) and PCB fundamentals (e.g., stack-up, basic design rules, component footprints and libraries).
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related degree
Experience working on consumer hardware projects or in a hyperscale data center environment, and experience in bring-up, debugging, and testing of designed PCBs
Proficiency in a professional-grade CAD tool: Hierarchical schematics, design rule setup, script utilization, version control systems for collaborative design management.
Understanding of Design for Manufacturability and Design for Testability principles and awareness of how design choices impact the actual production and testing of the board.
Ability to read and Interpret technical documentation, with excellent problem solving and verbal and written communication skills

Hardware Signal Integrity Test Engineer, Platforms, University Graduate
As a Hardware Signal Integrity Test Engineer, you will be supporting a team of hardware board and high-speed signal integrity engineers who are responsible for Hardware design, prototype bring-up, validation, qualification, and failure analysis of server-related technologies such as CPU, DDR memory, storages, onboard power and high-speed interconnects.
Job Responsibilities
Support various hardware prototype bringup, signal integrity measurements, and debug testing activities under minimal supervision.
Support a team of hardware designers, qualification and test engineers, on project planning within hardware development labs, and ensure adequate resources are available.
Support lab budget planning for test resources, equipment, and facility related projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
1 year of experience working in a hardware development lab though internships or academic projects.
Experience applying hardware evaluation methodologies (e.g., lab measurements, performance monitoring, test automation, and data analysis)
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with hardware lab equipment (e.g. VMM, oscilloscope, function generator)
Experience with Linux or other Unix operating systems (e.g., Ubuntu or RHEL) and shell scripts.
