Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern
Job Description:
The role involves supporting the recruitment process by promoting job openings on internal and external platforms, assisting with employer branding initiatives.
Key responsibilities include screening applications, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and providing timely communication throughout the hiring process.
The position also includes participation in campus recruitment and career fairs and collaborating with recruiters to enhance sourcing strategies.
Duration of the Internship: 6 Months.
Eligibility Criteria:
Please note that the following criteria needs to be adhered to participate in the Interview Process:
Candidate(s) must be from MBA/PGDM HR FY’2026 and FY’2027 specialization only.
60% throughout academics (SSC, HSC, UG and PG)
There should be No Backlog at time of appearing for the interview process.
Gap in the education should NOT exceed more than 24 months.
Extension of Education in the highest educational qualification is strictly NOT allowed.
Candidate should be available for on-premises, non-stipend internship for a minimum 6 months (Dec 2025 – May 2026) at TCS-Pune office only.
