Helpdesk Intern at Information Technology Department
Provide technical support and resolve IT issues for end-users to ensure continuous and efficient operation of the company’s information systems.
Job Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
– Receive and handle technical support requests from users via phone, email, or ticketing system.
– Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
– Guide users on how to use software and IT equipment.
System Management:
– Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and network devices.
– Manage user accounts and access rights within the system.
Security and Maintenance:
– Ensure information security and system integrity.
– Perform regular maintenance tasks and software updates.
Documentation and Reporting:
– Record detailed information about issues and solutions in the ticketing system.
– Report status and emerging issues to the IT Manager.
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
– Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
– Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
– Understanding of computer networks and basic network protocols.
– Skills in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
– Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Intern Fleet Management & Go Green DHL Post & Parcel
Compulsory internship/voluntary internship in the Bachelor’s programme, gap year or current Master’s programme in engineering, management, business administration, economics, sustainability or a related field from a recognized university
Good academic performance with courses or projects in strategy, sustainability or international business
Previous internships or work experience in logistics, energy or automotive, consulting, corporate strategy or a related field are highly desirable
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
Ability to work independently and in a structured team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Very good knowledge of Excel – especially experience in creating and working with more complex Excel models
Proficiency in other common Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word)
Fluent in German
Good knowledge of PowerBI as well as initial experience in AI-powered applications are desirable

INTERN CORPORATE OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (OHS)
You will support the Corporate OHS Team in various sub-projects with a focus on strategy development. This includes the strategic support of campaigns, the identification of group-wide topic areas and the development of a topic plan with a time horizon of up to 5 years as well as the workstream with OHSC colleagues from different divisions around the world. In this context, you will participate in global calls, meetings and workshops (including travel if applicable).
Qualification:
Advanced studies (BA/ MA) in the fields of strategic management, business administration, marketing/ communications or similar
Desire for challenging tasks and taking on responsibility
Strong analytical skills as well as methodical and structured way of working
