Job Description:
1 Wells Fargo is seeking a Associate Operations Processor.
- Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature
- Receive, log, batch, and distribute work
- File, photocopy, and answer phones
- Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
- Work under close supervision following established procedures
Qualifications:
- 6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting or a related field

2 Wells Fargo is seeking a role in Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Associate
- Participate in basic review, research and reporting of commercial property performance
- Exercise independent judgment to guide low risk deliverables
- Present recommendations for resolving less complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customers
Qualifications:
6+ months of Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Graduation, MBA Finance would be a plus.
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate Underwriting, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Job Expectations:
- Any previous experience supporting US CRE market would be a plus.
- Good knowledge with excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with good comprehension and business writing skills.
- Knowledge of mortgages, real estate market, and financial lending
