Job Description:
Responsible for insurance transaction processing, policy servicing, claims and new business activities while meeting quality, compliance and SLA/turnaround requirements. Roles may involve client/customer communication, process updates, SOP improvements and, at senior levels, training, reporting and mentoring.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream
- BPO1: 0–1 year experience
- BPO2: 1–3 years experience
- BPO3: 3–5 years experience
- Good verbal & written English communication
- Knowledge/understanding of insurance operations, claims and policy servicing
- MS Office proficiency with good typing speed
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and good team collaboration skills

Process Associate – Mumbai
Experience : 1 – 8 Years
Job Description:
- Ability to communicate in English (verbal & written) to discuss subject matter with clients in a clear and professional manner
- May be required to conduct process training for new joiners and act as a mentor for existing associates
- Requires in-depth knowledge and proficiency in all aspects of transaction processing function
- Responsible for creating and publishing plan level & operational reports Should highlight any gaps / change management in current SOP’s
- Must be able to understand principles of insurance, insurance contracting, claims and policy servicing functions
- Should participate in projects initiated at a team level
Job Requirements:
- Graduate Degree in any stream
- 3-5+ Year of professional experience preferably in operations
- Independent, detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Strong Team & Performance Management skills
- Proficiency using MS Office with good typing speed (at least 30 WPM)
- Must be able to collaborate with team members and clients on daily basis and is able to
- participate in brainstorming session with Team Leaders and SMEs to help them identify process efficiency
