HR Coordinator – London
Purpose:
To ensure that the business within the UK & Europe Region remains fully compliant with all statutory employment-related requirements and key Bechtel policy requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Provide advice and guidance to regional personnel on employee processes, procedures and administration.
Monitor UK right-to-work completions and update reports accordingly.
Provide guidance on work visa options and requirements for country locations within Region.
Participate in compliance audits as necessary
Monitor and report on assignment end dates and request managers maintain this data accurately
Help with the creation of RFP document when procuring employee services and participate in tender/re-tender bid analysis.
Maintain MyBechtel policy and procedure content and EAM Region page HR content as changes are made.
Where no project HR Rep exists, issue release letters.
Deal with LOA process for staff with UK/Europe POO.
Help in responding to requests from GBUs for help with compliance-related issues – e.g. temporary workplace releief
Assist in supporting client specific requirements and/or initiatives that effect the region.
Provide support to other team members as needed from time to time.
Monitor Europe R&C mailbox and deal with requests as appropriate.
