Process Associate
Job Description
Investigate customer delinquent accounts to understand possible cause for arrangement breach & routed to onshore team
Perform fee adjustments and bucket correction if met bank criteria’s
Referring cases for further information if information provided, is not sufficient
Taking action based on process notes
Accurate reporting of MIS
Undertake other assignments as given by the Team Lead/Manager
Ensuring Information security for sensitive data
Competencies/Skill set requirements
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to read, write and comprehend English
Ability to work with concepts and with minimal assistance
Ability to work equally well independently and within a team
Excellent time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft office tools
Good key board / typing skills
Willingness to rotate shifts, as needed
Able to function in a fast paced environment where standard of quality and timelines are established
