Job Description:
As a Software Analyst in the John Deere Order Management (OM) program, you will get the opportunity to work on a large-scale global web application in a Fortune 500 company that is regularly ranked among the best companies to work for in the country. This position will be on the Order Management John Deere Financial Wholesale Financing Service team which will be among the first in the company to adopt the new Global IT Agile Operating Model. The person filling this position will work on a product team and support product design by planning its work, coordinating with other teams, and configuring and testing code to deliver functionality for the products it supports.

Capable of collaborating with other team members to ensure that features meet business needs
Knowledge of computer technology, methodology, and full life-cycle development
Technical experience related to applications development environment, database, data management and infrastructure capabilities and constraints in order to understand and resolve technical impediments
Effective interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Experience working in a team environment within minimal supervision
Working understanding of designing and configuring business solutions within a SAP Module
Working understanding of change management for SAP
Experience working in an Agile environment (2 or more years participating in agile development, scrum certification a plus)
Knowledge of commonly integrated SAP modules (e.g. FICO, FICA or FSCM)
Knowledge of specific/key functionality of at least one SAP functional module (e.g. Banking Services or Bank Analyzer)
Knowledge of automated testing and TDD practices
Knowledge of Dev Ops, CI/CD
Knowledge of integrated SAP module(s) functionality
Education (or equivalent work experience)
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent discipline
