Job Description:
Initial review of submitted material and collection of targeted content stored in other databases
Searching the database to ensure submitted content is not a duplicate of materials already published in the portal
Writing basic descriptions for each submission
Organizing and tagging content to facilitate its retrieval within the portal
Review and policing of content to ensure intellectual property restrictions are upheld
Cleansing of client proposals and deliverables to maintain client confidentiality agreements
Following established document workflow standards for publishing content within the portal
Ensuring high quality of work
MBA or Post Graduate in English, Economics, Literature, Library Sciences with 0 – 2 year of experience
MS Office Skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) – Beginner/Intermediate Level
Excellent written and verbal English skills
Good comprehension skills
Familiarity with business environment
Ability to work as part of a team
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask on work assignments
Ability to deal and deliver with regard to fast deadlines, acts with a sense of urgency
Positive attitude and presence, ability to interact with many levels, ability to face and deal with problems/issues in a mature and professional manner
Ability to learn and use/implement new processes and technology
