Customer Engineer
We are looking for a talented Customer Engineer to join our team specializing in Engineering for our CUMMINS in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
This entry level/early career professional, dual customer/product focused position serves as the technical liaison between OEMs and represents our customers during new product development programs. Applying Cummins’ products to customer vehicles requires the development of technical specifications, implementing new design configurations, and delivering high performance, low-cost equipment and system solutions integrated with customers’ products in a variety of applications. Integrating high quality and optimized customer solutions requires the interaction with sales and marketing teams.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and process warranty request through the OEM, reports and solution to be provided.
Coordinate to fabricate Product Validation samples with the manufacturing teams
Support meeting in a manufacturing ambience related to product change and implementation.
Review and interpret GD & T on technical prints.
Translates customer needs and “voice of the customer” into functional product requirements
Serves as customer/market advocate inside Cummins during participation in new product development programs, design reviews and product change request processes
Owns problem resolution for moderately complex components, products, systems, subsystems or services with technical complexity and ambiguity
Contributes effectively toward team goals, exhibits influence within a work group and continues to develop proficiency in the competency areas critical to success in the role.
Qualification:
University degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or related STEM field is required.

Installation & Commissioning Engineer
We are looking for a talented Installation & Commissioning Engineer to join our team specialising in Engineering for our Commissioning department in Oevel, Belgium.
Technical Expertise & Practical Engineering Skills: A degree in electromechanical engineering (or equivalent experience) is essential, along with hands-on skills in interpreting schematics (electrical and mechanical), conducting end-of-line testing, and resolving installation issues on-site.
Good knowledge and command of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) as it is used during the installation part.
Project & Site Management Abilities: You’ll need to confidently manage subcontractors, supervise installation and construction activities, and conduct site surveys—ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Adaptability & High Mobility: With a travel rate over 60% (after training period Installation and commissioning at the customer site primarily covering Europe with occasionnal assignments to Asia and Africa, assignments from a couple of weeks to months depending on the workload and progress report, flexibility and readiness to work in diverse environments are crucial. You must also be able to handle a high volume of customer needs and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Strong Communication & Documentation Skills: Success depends on your ability to promote efficient information flow, maintain accurate records of commissioned equipment, and perform clear, professional handovers during Site Acceptance Tests (SATs).
QUALIFICATIONS
College, university, or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or appropriate STEM field is required.
Entry level/Early career professional. Preferred candidates would have relevant experience working in either a temporary student employment environment (intern, co-op, or other extracurricular team activities) or as an early career professional in a relevant technical discipline area.
Knowledge of MS Office tools is also preferred.

Supply Chain Analyst – India
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Supply Chain Analyst utilizes analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance supply chain processes. This role supports Cummins’ supply chain by analyzing performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable recommendations. The analyst will also offer coordination support to stakeholders and suppliers, primarily for the US time zone.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal and external suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Process and monitor purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring alignment with the supply plan.
Monitor and adjust procurement signals and expedite parts as necessary.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and supply chain metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Provide repeatable and scalable analytics and reporting through existing business systems.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across all supply chain reports and analytics.
Participate in continuous improvement and Six Sigma projects.
Support inventory management and planning efforts using advanced planning tools such as Xelus, GOMS, and aftermarket material planning systems.
Qualifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
1 to 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, or logistics.
Exposure to or hands-on experience with planning tools such as Xelus, GOMS, or other ERP/MRP systems.
Strong data analysis and troubleshooting capabilities using Excel, Access, BI dashboards, etc.
Experience in working night shifts or with US-based operations is a plus.
