Human Resources Apprenticeship, September 2025 Start – France
Job Responsibilities:
Provide general support to the People Consultants and People Partners in the operations organization.
Coordinate and assist with the planning and execution of projects or events.
Facilitate the new hire/transfer brief and coordinate the associated onboarding process.
Provide insightful data, develop and deliver documentation related to local employee relations, and collect, maintain, analyze, and track information.
Partner with Googlers to organize events locally.
Learn and master Google’s internal systems and run various reports as needed.
Qualifications:
Enrolled in a 1-year Master 2 degree in Human Resource or closely related area for the 2025/2026 academic year.
Admitted in the curriculum of a CFA (centre formation d’apprentis) and university or school.
Ability to commit to a 12-month apprenticeship.
Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to work with English and French speaking colleagues/clients.
Preferred qualifications:
Previous internship experience in Human Resources, Consulting, Customer Service, or a related field.
Experience in project management or organizing events.

Project Management Apprenticeship, 2025 (Jovem Aprendiz) – Brazil
Job Responsibilities:
Be responsible for working with a project team, focusing on assigned tasks, workstreams, delegation, and overall project health.
Participate in work streams and deliverables to project team members, track ongoing progress, and follow up to meet critical deadline milestones.
Execute established processes and projects with defined scope and complexity, and when necessary, complete tasks outside of established processes.
Demonstrate basic traits and project management skills, such as project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, process documentation, organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Identify and suggest improvements to workflows or processes and share updates and roadblocks to project leaders in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Currently attending high school, completed high school, or enrolled until the second semester in Technology or Bachelor’s degree courses.
Less than 1 year of project management experience.
Preferred qualifications:
Ability to work independently and collaborate with others to accomplish tasks.
Ability to navigate multiple ambiguous tasks and competing priorities while finding suitable solutions and seeking help/advice where appropriate.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to take initiative, positive attitude, and excellent customer service capabilities.
Enthusiasm and passion for new technologies, demonstrated through personal projects and commitment to learning new skills.

Software Engineering Apprenticeship, Engineering, September 2025 Start

Support your team in the development of software based on agreed projects and platforms.
Follow application and component level design working to standards and patterns agreed on by the team leads.
Follow coding standards and ensure compliance with quality measures.
Ensure code is tested in accordance with the guidelines provided by the team or your host.

Qualifications:
Enrolled in a 1-year Master 2, or a 3-year engineering degree in Computer Science or a related technical area for the 2025/2026 academic year.

Customer Engineer Apprenticeship, Cloud Sales, September 2025 Start – France
Job Responsibilities
Undertake training and follow mentoring as specified.
Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical objections, and develop a strategy to resolve technical blockers.
Work with customers to demonstrate and prototype Google Cloud product integrations in customer/partner environments.
Recommend migration strategies, enterprise architectures, migration tools, and cloud infrastructure required to implement a complete solution using best practices on Google Cloud.
Qualifications:
Enrolled in a 2-year Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical area for the 2025/2026 academic year.
Admitted in the curriculum of a CFA (centre formation d’apprentis) and university or engineering school.
Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to work with English and French speaking colleagues/clients.

Currently enrolled in Bachelor, License or Master’s degree in Sales or Digital Marketing related subject and due to start a License or second year of Master degree that offers an apprenticeship program (“contrat d’apprentissage”) in September 2025
