You will work closely with colleagues in Engineering across a wide range of manufacturing areas ensuring that plant availability and performance is optimised and that targets are achieved. It involves operating at pace, with precision and to accurate technical guidelines. Skill, expertise and dedication are critical.
The Apprenticeship
Our Degree apprenticeship allows you to study for an industry-recognized qualification whilst earning a competitive salary. As an apprentice you will be given day release to study at University and combine this experience with real responsibilities in the workplace. A dedicated mentor will guide you through your personal & professional development. The Degree Apprenticeships have a typical duration of 4-5 years (subject to entry qualifications and experience) during which you will attain both a professional and an academic qualification to further your career.

The Candidate
To be considered for our Engineering Degree Apprenticeship Programme you will need to have 5 GCSEs or equivalent (including English Language & Maths) at C Grade or above
And
3 x A levels ( in Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths) at B, C, C or equivalent
Or
A BTEC Level 3 Diploma in an Engineering or equivalent discipline (min 120 Credits).
