We are looking for a highly capable, self-motivated and independent Network Administrators based in India. If you are passionate about Networking technology as well as cloud computing, this is the ideal role you’ve been waiting for.
Our team supports platforms which are available both on-premise and on Cloud. In this role, you will be asked to organize and manage the Networking instances to meet our objectives and maintain the highest customer satisfaction that is possible.
Job Requirements:
Graduate in Computer Science or Engineering.
Cloud Certification
AI toolset knowledge
Relevant certifications, such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
Knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Experience with network hardware (routers, switches, and firewalls)
Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
Extensive knowledge of Linux / Windows based systems including Hardware, software, networking, Cloud storage and fault tolerant designs.
Excellent communication and written skills and ability to generate and evangelize architectural documentation / diagrams across many teams.
Skilled at working in tandem with a team of engineers, or alone as required

Software Engineer – Fresh graduate
We are looking for Fresh graduated candidates with finishing the University in academic year 2025/2026.
We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer to join our team in Prague, where you will work with experienced engineers to build Opower platform and products that make a real-world impact. In this role, you will have the chance to contribute to software development, learning how to build scalable and user-friendly products.
You will be part of an international team, providing you with plenty of exposure to various modern technologies and agile processes.
To that end, we are looking for an entry-level software developer who is passionate about building software that makes a real difference in the world, and who has the skills and strong desire to learn about software development and cloud technologies, write code in our stack, and think critically about our role in the business.

Qualification:
To be graduated with a bachelor’s or or to be close to completing a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.).
Some experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or any related web technologies is appreciated.
A basic understanding of software development principles (e.g., version control, testing, agile practices, etc.).
A strong desire to learn about software development, cloud technologies, and distributed systems.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Customer Service analysts deliver service and support that represents the highest level of customer service and quality. To do this, the analyst will:
Provide world class customer service for Oracle’s online venues using phone, email, chat, and co-browse.
Use Oracle applications to research customer inquiries and determine customer entitlement to products and services.
Provision license keys and passwords that activate or enable access to Oracle products.
Work cross functionally with company stake holders to develop procedures in support of evolving business needs.
Create and maintain process documentation and publish to content management systems.
Analyze trends and process performance through data collection and metrics.
Identify, evaluate, and report issues to management that impact the quality of outputs.
Manage customer feedback through department’s ISO-certified quality management system and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
