ESG/Sustainability Real Assets Internship – USA

Job Description:

The candidate will initially work with the U.S. and European Real Estate teams.
This is a 4-6 month internship.
Support the team with the preparation and submission of the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) report.
Support with Sustainability data analysis and reporting
Assist in the creation and execution of sustainability training programs for internal and external stakeholders.
Research and brainstorm relevant sustainability topics for training sessions.
Develop engaging and informative training presentations.
Assist with the organization and scheduling of sustainability training sessions.
Contribute to the development and update of internal sustainability policies and procedures.
Conduct research on emerging sustainability trends and best practices in the real estate industry.
Assist with other sustainability-related projects as assigned.

Qualification:

Currently enrolled or just have completed in an undergraduate or graduate program in a relevant field such as sustainability, environmental science, business, or real estate.
Strong interest in sustainability and the built environment.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially excel
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

FID Credit and Securitised Products – Product Controller, Associate – UK, Europe

Job Description:

The candidate will be involved in various aspects of the P&L review, analysis and commentary. The role has standard daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly deliverables as well as a significant number of ad hoc queries.

Production: Review of the Daily P&L produced in Mumbai and distribution of this information to the business unit and internal clients.
Control: Attesting to regulators and auditors on the accuracy and completeness of the financial statements.
Business Performance: Assisting with production of monthly business packs for desk heads.
Ad Hoc: Projects and Queries as raised by senior Finance and Business Unit management.

Qualification:

• The candidate should be a graduate and preferably a qualified accountant.
• Knowledge of financial products – Securitised Products would be preferable
• High regard for attention to detail and accuracy to ensure close control of the P&L reported.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and as an effective team member
• Ability to partner and work effectively both with direct team members and with colleagues across the wider organisation
• Strong planning and prioritization skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks and with multiple stakeholders

Associate/SA – Middle Office – India

Job Description:

The group currently seeks a person who has the knowledge and skill in trade affirmation, treasury management process and experience in handling client/vendor communication. Candidate with knowledge of entire trade cycle and cash/collateral management will be added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

Trade break management and reporting for client executed trades

Process management for client related collateral/margin and reporting queries

Building and maintaining excellent client relationships with the hedge fund clients as well as develop technical systems and product knowledge in order to provide first class client service.

Liaise with global stakeholders including IT to develop a broker neutral client trade matching platform

Work with existing and new clients setting up and on-boarding them onto both products

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Varied product exposure – one or more of equity, swap, fixed income, listed and OTC products

Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work within a fast paced setting

Critical thinker with track record of process improvements

Execute sound judgment in client responses and escalation

Desired:

Prior experience in hedge fund and/or hedge fund administrator middle office operation
Trade affirmation experience using DTCC, Omgeo (Oasys and CTM), and Traiana a plus
Prime Brokerage Margin, Collateral Management, Settlements experience
Cash and Collateral Management experience with ENSO, Hazeltree, VITEOS, or Integridata a plus
