Job Role: Therapy Manager

Achieve the tertiary and secondary business of the division in the respective territory and therapy by managing relationships with the key stakeholders, viz. doctors & chemists, and by creating prescriptions by marketing the company’s brands and providing superior customer service, thereby achieving the company’s overall Business targets for the division in India

Achieve the Sales targets by brand and marketing against the plan for the year
Monitor business details, thereby planning the sales achievement
Maintain the Basic Working standards for daily operations
Develop and continuously enhance In-clinic Effectiveness for driving better results and increasing prescriptions
Manage customer relationships for the continued engagement of Key support customers

Area Business Manager

Drive the execution of therapy plans through a team of 4-5 Therapy Managers within the assigned geography and therapy with the objective of achieving business goals.

Own the Sales Planning & Achievement for the respective geography for assigned therapy to ensure 100% budget achievement through his / her team
Control & monitor business results and performance of all team members to ensure no SOP deviation and optimum performance of the team
Manage external Stakeholders to ensure ongoing business results
Own spotting and referrals of potential candidates and Induction of new joiners as well as engagement of existing team members
Drive performance management & team development to increase effectiveness that will yield better on-field results

Regional Business Manager

Achieve defined business targets by managing a team of 5-6 Area Business Managers with an overall responsibility to generate approximately Rs 18 – 20 crore business annually for India Business within the assigned therapy area and geography

Responsible for business achievement for the respective therapy area to achieve the budget through the team
Manage external customers to ensure business development through support, generally aiming at developing and implementing business growth opportunities
Ensure the right hiring and learning, and recognition through different interventions for the teams to drive high performance and meet targets
Control & monitor team performance towards compliance and ethical working by engaging the team and tracking their performance
Ensuring planning, monitoring, and reviews of team performance and aligning their individual objectives to the organization’s objectives to overall raise their performance as per expectations
