Document Controller – Project Engineering 1 – India
System & Solutions, India (Edwards, India) is looking for Document Controller – Project Engineering. You will report to the Manager Projects.
The Document Controller works with the project engineering team to aid in the flow, monitoring, and expediting of project documentation.
Job Responsibilities
Create, update and maintain Document Control Index.
To & Fro document submission to Customer in communication with Project Engineer/Team Leader.
To & Fro document submission to Product Company in communication with Project Engineer/Team Leader.
To & Fro document submission to Vendor in communication with Project Engineer/Team Leader.
Track, receive and process vendor documents via the project engineering teams in a timely manner.
Track, receive and process Product Company documents via the Product Company / project engineering teams in a timely manner.
Process documents tasked by engineering team, creating cover pages, transmittals & Comments
Resolution sheets (CRS) to vendors and customers.
Generate document expediting reports and expedite customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure the project document list schedule is maintained.
Prepare weekly & monthly document reports.
Create final manufacturing data books at the end of each project by compiling and assembling all necessary manufacturing, engineering, and quality documents per customer and Company requirements
Create Operating & Maintenance (O&M) Manual for every Project.

• B.E. In Mechanical Engineering from recognized university (Freshers may also apply)
OR
• B.Sc / B.Com/BBA/M.Com with Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Advance Excel, Word, Outlook) & Power BI.
• Experience with processing, compiling and editing PDF documents is preferred
• Experience with scheduling, using Microsoft Projects is an asset
• Experience with using PLM system is an asset
• Experience working with SAP is an asset

The Systems & Solutions Design Engineer Intern will assist in proposal generation to determine concepts, costing and lead times, transfer concept to engineering solutions including procurement, material planning, assembly, and testing.

Systems & Solutions Manufacturing Engineer/Planning Intern – US
The Systems & Solutions Manufacturing Engineer/Planning Intern will assist in organization of documents, data entry, reporting, revision of standardized routings, project material releases, planning for material storage and flow, and help to identify opportunities to improve processes around the activities of assembly.
Job Responsibilities:
Clerical:
Scan system documents and organize them in appropriate SharePoint folders.
Input serial numbers into SAP.
Planning:
Retrieve exception reports for orders in the OOB from SAP.
Update the Master Log.
Run Kan Ban Dash reports.
Manufacturing Engineering:
Review and revise standardized routings.
Plan and execute material release for all projects, with a focus on complex projects.
Develop a plan for material storage and flow.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve processes around assembly activities.
Implement these improvement opportunities within the 2–3-month assignment.
Education level:
Must be a Junior or Senior Engineering student at an accredited college or university pursuing a four year degree in Business Management with a specialization in Supply Chain Management.

Trainee
Job Description:
1. Complete 18 months of rotational learning and work in two key positions of marketing and sales.
2. Participate in and pass the centralized offline training and online teaching courses of the trainee program.
3. Participate in and pass on-site learning at various stages of the trainee program, including but not limited to Plant, Air Compressor Rooms, and Maintenance Workshops.
4. Participate in and complete exclusive activities for each stage of the trainee program, including but not limited to assignments, public speech, and knowledge bowl competition.
