Graduating from Eviden means that you will be part of a friendly team under good supervision.
Each student will be assigned two dedicated supervisors; one technical supervisor who can assist you with the technical aspects of your internship and one product owner; your coach who will assist you and facilitate you where necessary to get the most out of your graduation period at Eviden.
We also offer you the opportunity to follow relevant trainings and courses within the Eviden Academy that contribute to a solid foundation for your project. Monitoring Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
Perform online monitoring and basic troubleshooting of critical applications on a 24×7 basis
SAP Systems availability and performance (ERP, CRM, APO, Portals)
Business Transactions availability and performance
Windows Servers availability and performance
Resolve issues with the interfaces between different SAP and non-SAP systems
Complete daily checks on critical system parameters based on pre-defined criteria
Execute repetitive tasks based on standard procedures
Provide excellent customer service and problem resolution to users through the Service Desk ticketing system, e-mail and/or by phone
Required:
