Accounting – Co-op Trainee

The Cooperative Training will be given an overview and training in various Human Resources functions/verticals, The primary coverage will be on the processes based on a two-month program.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborative Trainees will work under the supervision and guidance of respective vertical leaders and will work closely with team leads and supervisors for day-to-day activities as follows:

Students will be learning various systems and procedures which are used by these verticals.
Collaborative Trainees would be provided training and expected to assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports/activities including developing and utilizing databases, and various other reports.
Shadowing and learning from experienced professionals in the field.
Assisting with day-to-day tasks and projects.
Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills.
Conducting research and analysis as required.
Contributing innovative ideas and solutions to ongoing projects.

Job Requirements:

Students must be in the final stages of graduation.
Bachelor of Science Degree program in in Human Resources Management at an accredited college or university
Students should qualify to undergo the training as part of the university curriculum
Students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of (2.5 out of 4) or (4 out of 5)
Excellent skills in oral and written communication
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

Required Skills:

Good Communication Skills.
The ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable and can maintain a positive and professional attitude under stress.
Ability to work well in a team
Time management and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
