What is the Business Technology Accelerate Programme Pathway?
The Business Technology pathway of the Accelerate programme is designed for talented graduates who are passionate about digital and are seeking a career where they can combine technology and creative design to help clients solve complex business challenges.
The Focus of Your Role
As an Associate Consultant you will have the opportunity to work on large scale transformation programmes. You will ensure the smooth delivery of end-to-end projects by working flexibly, demonstrating intellectual capability, and delivering innovative solutions for clients.
Your day-to-day tasks can vary from:
Defining transformation strategies
Managing positive client relationships
Supporting agile delivery
Understanding how complex services work in the wider context of a client’s business

Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst, you will be helping CIOs understand how to transform their businesses through innovative technology and maximise return on technology investment.
Operating Model Consultant
As an Operating Model Consultant, you will be helping our clients to redesign and transform their IT functions to meet the digital needs of the future.
Security Analyst
As a Security Analyst, you will be supporting our clients’ secure adoption of emerging technologies and transforming their cybersecurity capability.
Solution Architect
As a Solution Architect, you will be helping our clients to bridge the gap between their business challenges and technology solutions using architecture.
Change & Technology Adoption Consultant
As a Change & Technology Adoption Consultant, you will create seamless employee experiences through end user technology that enables collaboration, productivity, and digital mobility.
Scrum Master
As a Scrum Master, you will be helping our clients shape and deliver their Digital Transformation ambitions.
During the programme you will benefit from wider learning opportunities and depending on your chosen route, you can choose from a suite of accreditations including:

Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship 2024

You will be central to ensuring this level of potential is achieved, supporting and guiding clients through the entire process, and applying meticulous attention to detail to every challenge that you are faced with.

Eligibility:
To be eligible, you need:
• 7 GCSEs grade A*-C including Maths and English (4-9)
Plus one of the following:
• 3 A*-C at A-level (96 UCAS Points split across all 3 A Levels – NOTE: AS Levels are not included)
• Complete Advanced Apprenticeship
• BTEC (Pass, Pass, Distinction minimum)
