Job Description:

Review image/videos – tagging activities on videos with durations of 10 seconds or shorter. It is expected to answer an approximate of 1200 such jobs in a working day, which needs nearly 6.8 to 7 hours of screen time. Understand it thoroughly and provide the best response based on your judgment and knowledge gather in your training process.
Meets predetermined and assigned productivity and quality standard targets.
Responsible for reviewing video content continuously during working schedule. This position requires ability to capture details within different types of digital content what make visual capability a requirement.
Understand and follow up on performance metrics and process requirements to drive business results in live environment.
Able to perform repetitive tasks on a daily basis.
Perform labeling/annotation tasks with accuracy, speed and efficiency on videos that could be less sharp, blurry and hence answering the jobs would need high level of attention & focus on the screen.
Demonstrates willingness to support several projects at one time, and to accept re-prioritization as necessary, which may include schedule flexibility depending on business needs.
Understand and adhere to SOP’s and other Amazon policies.
Able to systematically escalate problems or variance in the information to the relevant owners/teams/managers, according to processes and standards.
Analyze and detect exceptions.
Constantly contribute to process improvement.

Job Description:

Device Associates at Amazon work on Manual Testing for the cutting edge applications and products at the user level. They are pure Black Box Testers. They should be able to understand the functionality and execute the test cases accurately and deliver on the committed deadlines. They should be able to accurately report the results with proper reporting.

Job Responsibilities

Execute test cases prepared for testing Software builds on the Desktop and Mobile platforms for Amazon Assistant Products

Perform test case execution and report bugs accurately

Understand testing procedures and guidelines for new builds / releases.

Perform regression and repetitive testing exercises to qualify builds without compromising on quality

Use software tools for data capture on a daily basis like adb command.

Be comfortable with capturing results, communicating and escalating failures and providing individual status reports

Raising all failures/doubts related to the execution of test cases in the clarification portal and closing the same as per the SLA’s

Basic knowledge of reading scripts for trouble shooting.

Qualification:

BE, BTech, BS in Computer Science, Master of computer Applications (MCA), MSc Information Technology (IT).
Good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and use of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox etc. are required.
Minimal relevant QA experience.
Strong knowledge of QA methodology.
Ability to understand technical specifications.
Fresher or Candidates with 1 or 2 years of QA experience.

2023 Graduate Brand Analyst – Australia 

Job Responsibilities

Commencing in October/ November 2023, as a Brand Analyst you will gain experience and a wide range of responsibilities, including;
Identify, action, and/or provide advice on how to improve business input metrics that drive growth and improve end customer experience in collaboration with other Amazon programs and teams.
Execute tactical support requests for Vendor, such as issue troubleshooting, data reporting, supply chain and catalogue management. Following up and escalating as appropriate to get these resolved in a timely manner.
Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using centralized resources sand procedures.
Build strong relationship with the Vendor; be a trusted advisor and the central contact for their issues, questions, requests, escalations, and concerns.
Liaise with other internal departments as necessary to resolve Vendor issues and questions quickly and with high quality.

You must be in the final year or have completed your university studies within the past 24months* of applying of a relevant university undergraduate or postgraduate degree. *This is from the time you complete your final unit or subject, not 24 months from your graduation date.
You must have Australian/New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency at the time you submit your application.

Please note: To be eligible for the 2024 Graduate Brand Analyst role you must be able commence the program in October/ November 2023 having completed your studies.
