Product & Operations Graduate Rotation Program – 2024/2023 Graduates
During the 3 year duration of this rotation program, you will get to spend 1 year in 3 of the following areas: Product Line Management (Systems), Product Line Management (Client Peripherals), Pricing, Merchandising, Sales Enablement, and Product Planning. Once the 3-year program completes, you will move to a dedicated position within the Product Marketing team utilizing the rich experience that you have gained during the first 3 years.
Job Description:
This role gives you a unique opportunity to experience many of the 4 P’s of Marketing (Product, Price, Promotion & Place) in a dynamic technology environment.
Planning: develop unit plans (forecasts) for specific products and segments to support the business goals of Dell and ensure our customers get the product they want when they need it.
Product Line Management: be responsible for solutions and technology marketing activities designed to increase sales growth and expand share
Pricing: develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize sales and market penetration and ensure long-term profitability objectives are met
Merchandising: drive the vision and strategy of assigned product line(s) and manage the product throughout its lifecycle
Sales Enablement: working as part of a team to create and execute programs and content that enable and educate Dell Technologies sales teams on CSG products and solutions, in support of our growth and share targets
Qualification:
Graduating in 2023/2024 with a Business, BIS, Technology, Engineering, Marketing, or Economics background
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Self-starter and strong change management skills
Must be organized and able to prioritise and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Desirable Requirements
Strong ability to engage with people at all different levels of the organization

Job Description:
Support your colleagues on a day-to-day basis by working with a set of accounts to drive the growth of support,deployment,and transformation services
Engage with customers, on calls, emails, and online meetings, to better understand their business need and strategic growth objectives to advise on the best solution to master their Digital Transformation journey
Increase overall Services revenue and services content rate within the Core Sales Segment

Qualification:

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Dell Technologies, your primary focus will be on leveraging big data analytics to enhance our demand forecasting capabilities. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as pricing, supply chain, merchandising, product lifecycle managers and utilize tools like Excel and Power BI to analyze data, provide actionable insights, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
Job Description:
Utilize big data analytics tools, including Excel and Power BI, to analyze large datasets related to historical demand, market trends, and customer behavior
Collaborate closely with various teams to gather insights around data influencing forecasting
Participate in the development and implementation of demand planning software solutions and tools.
Identify data patterns, trends, and anomalies to provide actionable insights for demand planning enhancements.
Looking for options of developing and maintaining advanced forecasting models and algorithms to improve demand prediction accuracy with help of AI.
Qualification:
