1 Candidate need to Perform Remote troubleshooting of Windows and MAC device 2 Any issue related to OS, Application, Printer, Machines configuration need to carry out to user machines remotely 3 Need to guide users how to fix the issue 4 Have to manage all escalation for remote support team and must analyze and update the ticket on a daily basis
Technical Experience :
1 Driver Management 2 In depth knowledge of Active Directory 3 Understanding of Apple Push Notification Services APNS 4 Should have Good Knowledge on Windows 10 troubleshooting 5 Should have good knowledge of MAC troubleshooting 6 Have good knowledge of MAC – OS trouble shooting 7 Should have knowledge on JAMF – Trouble shooting 8 Additional knowledge on SCCM and client trouble shooting
