Software Engineer – India
Job Description:
Develop, implement, and integrate new features into the eSim platform using internal tool.
Modify the existing code based on requirements and design or based on the defect and issues raised, both GUI and non-GUI type functionality within multiple modules of the eSim platform
Contribute to and support the automation of multiple parts of infrastructure and deployment systems, strive to improve, and shorten processes to enable engineering and operations teams to work smarter and faster
Work closely with customers to understand their specific implantation, configuration and infrastructure needs, interface as well with internal team members to ensure a smooth go live of services.
Stay up to date in industry best practices and contribute ideas for improvements in DevOps practices as well Contribute to innovation through automation to enable standard deployable units of infrastructure through multiple environments until production
Provide professional support for the developed automations, respond to incidents to proactively prevent system outages, and ensure environments availability to meet SLAs
Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on Azure.
Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, security, and cost efficiency using Azure Monitor and other relevant services.
Implement networking components on Azure such as Virtual Networks (VNet), Application Gateway, VPN, Azure Firewall and more.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ Software Engineering/ Information Systems, fluent english and a self starter
Amdocs JESI (iPass) knowledge – must
3-7 Yrs experience in:
One of the Object-oriented programing languages, Unix, Linux including shell scripting, SQL
XML/JSON handling, Online Integration advantage
Microsoft Azure certifications or knowledge on Azure cloud platform -must
Experience with serverless technologies such as Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
Experienced in CI/CD: configuration management and/or automation tools, and/or continuous-integration tools (Jenkins, BitBucket, Nexus/Jfrog), and/or Continuous deployment knowledge on the most popular cloud computing platforms, familiarity with non-SQL DB – Advantage

Software Support Engineer – Mexico
Job Description:
• You will support, design, develop, modify, debug and/or maintain software code according to functional, non-functional, and technical design specifications.
• You will follow Amdocs software engineering standards, applicable software development methodology and release processes, to ensure code is maintainable, scalable, and supportable, and demo the software products to stakeholders.
• You will investigate issues by reviewing/debugging code, provide fixes and workarounds, and review changes for operability to maintain existing software solutions.
• You will work within a team, collaborate, and add value through participation in peer code reviews, provide comments and suggestions, and work with cross functional teams to achieve goals.
• You will assume technical accountability for your specific work products within an application and provide technical support during solution design for new requirements.

Qualification:

Junior SW Test Engineer -Brazil
Job Description:
Accomplish test procedures and/ or scripts either manually or by automated tools.
Supervise and report on the test execution in a timely manner with attention given to achieving outstanding quality.
Capture and detail the outcome of test executions and all information needed to support ongoing measurements and reporting on risks, defects, tests, and coverage.
Analyze reports and discrepancies to resolve root cause and evaluate script failures at a high level.
Compare and analyze system behavior vs. encouraged results/important metrics based on business and technical requirements. Identifies issues, proposes system improvements and performs repetitive test execution to resolve identified issues.
You will participate and contribute to internal design reviews of testing materials.
Qualification:
B.A. / B.Sc. in IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Systems Analysis.
Proven experience and knowledge in programming, testing tools, and testing methodologies.
Hands-on technical experience in testing software projects.
Advanced proficiency in English.
Must-Have Skills:
Unix: Proficient with all basic commands and tools (grep, tail, more, shell scripting, find, alias creation).
SQL: Able to perform queries, inserts, updates, including joins (no need to create procedures).
English: Advanced proficiency.
Good-to-Have Skills:

Administrative Assistant(Part-time) – Mexico
Responsible for the Front Desk/Reception
• Assisting visitors and employees with questions and directions.
• Managing security/access control system.
• Complete daily site checks as per the Company’s standards.
• Communicate with security/maintenance/other relevant vendors to close the open issues.
