Job Overview:

GenAI Engineer -AWS, Java, C++, .NET (1-6 yr)

We are seeking a GenAI Engineer to apply Generative AI and Agentic solutions to modernize enterprise applications and accelerate cloud adoption on AWS. This role focuses on using GenAI to migrate applications to AWS, debug and optimize mainframe‑converted applications, and support end‑to‑end SDLC execution in cloud environments.
The position blends Java application development, cloud infrastructure, CloudOps and FinOps practices, and AI‑assisted engineering, supporting large‑scale, production‑grade systems.

Qualification:

• 1–6 years of professional experience in software engineering, application development, or cloud engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with Java application development and management.
• Exposure to AWS cloud services in development, migration, or operational contexts.
• Practical understanding of Generative AI concepts or tools applied to software development, debugging, or modernization.
• Familiarity with CloudOps concepts (monitoring, reliability, incident management).

GenAI Engineer -C++, Java, Gen AI (1-4 yr)

We are looking for a GenAI Engineer to design, build, and implement Agentic SDLC solutions that accelerate and enhance software development. In this role, you will work with AI coding agents and copilots (such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor) to automate and optimize key stages of the software development lifecycle across Java, C, and C++ systems.
The role blends core software engineering with hands-on applied Generative AI, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD modernization.

Qualification: 

• 1–4 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java and at least one systems language (C or C++).
• Practical exposure to Generative AI tools for software development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar).
• Understanding of Agentic workflows or AI‑assisted development concepts across the SDLC.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Familiarity with Git-based version control and modern development practices.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor in an agile development environment.

Software Engineer- Mainframe(COBOL, DB2/IMS)(2-6) yr)

• Responsible for design, development, modification, debug and/or maintenance of software systems
• Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL
• Work extensively with DB2 and IMS databases for data processing and transaction management
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Perform impact analysis, debugging, and defect resolution across development and production environments
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including analysts, testers, and production support
