Service Process Specialist – India

In this role, you will report to the Team Lead – Customer Success Center GECIA and work alongside a team of Global Process Engineers. Your mission is to:

Assist Customer centers in efficient forward planning and scheduling of service technicians.
Develop, maintain, and deliver training programs to our CTS Backoffice using digital, hybrid, and face-to-face formats.
Provide second-level specific application support through our ticketing systems.
Strategically build the team competence of the customer center, advocating the adoption of best practices.
Collaborate closely with the Global Process Engineers during the onboarding process and support phase, sharing lessons learned and additional requirements, both within and outside the scope of process hub.
Identify global problem areas common to our customer centers, implementing the right actions such as training need and RPA based on their needs.
Foster strong relationships with the main Business Process Experts (BPX) to seamlessly integrate their support processes into the process hub.
Work in coordination with the Contract Hub team to ensure proper contract and maintenance plan changes.
Be prepared for occasional travel to supported countries.

Qualification:

We are seeking candidates Graduate degree and 2/3 Years of Experience. If you are the team player with a natural knack for finding efficiencies and identifying areas for improvement within a set of tasks and boundaries, along with a good amount of common sense, you are the perfect fit.

Experience Requirements

Experience with the primary tools used in CTS Operations is a definite advantage.
Proficiency in English is Essential, knowledge of other languages will strengthen your relationship with customer enters.
A good user level of MS office.
Experience in SAP PM/CS or other equivalent streams is an asset.
Presentation skills for efficient training delivery.

Product Specialist Software – Europe

Are you looking for the next step in a fun career? Are you a newly graduated engineer or a developer who wants to try something new and to work in an international setting with customers from all around the globe?

As a Product Specialist you will work with the software in our high-tech tightening solutions for the industry (mainly Motor Vehicle Industry). Your global role will be to contribute with your product- and system knowledge to our customer centers (regional sales offices), service organization, product managers, Research & Development, and other internal stakeholders. Your understanding of the products, their application in a customer environment together with your combination of software- and problem-solving skills is the key. You would become part of the Tech Center Nacka team which consists of Product Analysts and Product Specialists who manage the technical support for all our products and solutions which we develop in Nacka, Sweden.

We are looking for someone with an engineering degree (or someone who will get the engineering degree this summer) who has a keen interest in technology/software both in theory and in practice. Fluency in English, written and spoken is required. Further you enjoy working in a team towards a common goal, which for us is happy customers. You put the customer’s needs first, experience from customer support in any field is something we think is positive, but not a must. Lastly, you are a communicative person and since you often will need to communicate to spread your knowledge it is beneficial if you are pedagogical as well.
