Service Sales Engineer – Southeast
As Service Sales Engineer, you will report into Regional Service Sales Manager.
You will plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business targets, managing personal time and productivity.
You will work together with service aftermarket team to provide good after sales service to customers and achieve customer satisfaction.
You will analyze and provide accurate market information to management, such as pricing situations, status of competitive activities and “red flag” issues related to business in the region.
You will undertake proposals of assigned service products, including the calculation of sales prices by applying the discounts strategy in place and using the appropriate quoting tool.
You will develop and maintain good customer relationships at all levels within the area and ensure an excellent standard of aftermarket service is provided.
You will monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information by updating the CRM with customer visit reports, opportunities and quotation status info.
You will partner with Finance department to improve the performance of receivables & overdue.
You will collaborate with colleagues from other Divisions to co-ordinate activities to maximize customer relationship and business outcome wherever possible.
You will attend sales meetings and ensure that all subsequent action required is undertaken.
You will grow the business through the development of the Installed base.
You will undertake ad-hoc project work related to VTS, including new products and Marketing Campaigns.
You will provide Customer information / feedback.

You have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or engineering, or 3+ years of equivalent work experience in industrial service sales. Preferably in the vacuum industry.
You have understanding of what value-based selling intends for Service business.
You have technical understanding and ability to quickly adopt to new products/technical developments.
You have a clear understanding of optimized territory management.
You have sales techniques and skills
You are able to travel 60% of the time to various domestic locations for client meetings, project oversight, and industry events
You are fluent in English, as this is our internal language.

The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing day-to-day support to the field organization by solving technical problems and providing effective training materials. This position reports to the Regional Service Manager.

Job Requirements
Degree in technical/ engineering or business discipline
Strong compressed air treatment & on-site industrial gas generation technical back ground
Strong electrical diagnostic skills combined with some form of technical degree (engineering, technical diploma, or similar)
Experience communicating with customers and/or distributors
Skills/Knowledge:
Computer literate

Service Engineer – Egypt
Job Description:
Troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation maintenance issues.
Performing routine, mechanical preventative maintenance and repairs on all brands of air compressors, dryers, gas generators.
Service and solve customer problems regarding Atlas Copco’s products.
Recommend required spare parts during service visits.
Collaborating with the sales team (prime and aftermarket) regarding customer requirements when it comes to new or replacement machines.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder in Electrical Power and Machines Engineering.
2-4 years of experience in control, automation, instrumentation AC drives and PLC.
Experience with the maintenance and troubleshooting of AC drives.
Experience with programmable logic controllers and control systems.
Strong knowledge of aftermarket products and business.
Computer proficiency as required for communication, research, work orders and programming various controllers.
Good English (spoken & written).
Has a valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical training related to compressed air equipment is valued.
Experience in after-sales services and client-facing roles.
Experience in team coordination and work management.
Strong empathy with clients, technicians, and the work environment.
Knowledge of gas refrigeration systems.
Experience with communication protocols such as Modbus or Profibus.
